Developing mindfulness skills can help combat stress, anxiety, and uncertainty in everyday life. All experience levels are welcome to attend! Open to patients, survivors, caregivers, medical professionals and the community. This group welcomes all levels, including those who have not tried mindfulness and meditation before.

The group is hosted by and offered in partnership with the GW Cancer Center.

This program will be offered through Zoom from 2-2:30pm Eastern Time.
