Radical Self-Care is both a wellness/mindfulness campaign and curriculum that calls for intra-personal development and transformation. It provides holistic tools, applications, and methods for self-care, mind-body awareness, mental/emotional preservation, and physical conditioning.
Using the GYROKINESIS® Expansion Technique, Breathing Exercises, and Guided Meditation, it instills a sense of awareness, introspection, enlightenment and freedom into participants who may lack the courage or confidence to do so on their own or have adverse conditions/circumstances that do not easily make self-care accessible.
This program will be offered through Zoom from 6:30pm to 7:30pm Eastern Time.
