“So when I’m talking to people it sort of depends on where they are in their journey, but honestly when they first get diagnosed, even if I told them my tactics it would not make a difference. They need to sit with it for a little bit. But many times I talk to them about what fear does to the body and we go through this whole thing about how it clouds your judgment, you’re reacting out of panic. We just talk about what happens.
