New Research: Yoga Can Help Improve Mood and Insomnia for Cancer Survivors
A nationwide study assessed the impacts regular yoga had on fatigue, anxiety, and insomnia among cancer survivors. After participating in four weeks of regular yoga practices, people reported less anxiety and fatigue than cancer survivors who did not practice yoga. The improvements in mood also aided with insomnia.
